Frequently asked questions
The artwork I want is not available-what next?
You can either add the artwork to your wishlist and recieve a notification once the peice is returned into stock, or alternatively we can work with our Artist to create a similar work specifically for you. Please complete the contact form and advise us of your requirement.
Can I order a custom artwork for a specific space?
Yes we offer custom made artworks on our custom curation plan. We can also offer commissioned artwork for purchase. Please complete the contact form and we will be in touch to discuss your requirements further.
Can I cancel my order?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their selection. Orders that are not yet installed can be cancelled up to 72 hrs prior to the delivery. All orders that have been installed fall under our Terms and Conditions cancellation policy.
Is the Artwork available for purchase?
Yes all artwork through Artist+Co. is available to purchase, please email us the piece you are interested in and we will provide you with a cost and estimated delivery/shipping fee.
When will I get my order?
Typically Artist+Co installations are completed within 2 weeks of the order. Delivery and installation is dependant on several factors, we work with our clients to faciliate a seamless process that suits their individual requirements.
Where are your products manufactured?
All Artist+Co. artworks are originals and created from our Artist's QLD based studios.
How much does delivery cost?
Artist+Co. offers free delivery for orders above $399 per month in the Brisbane area. Orders that don't need the minimum are calculated based on location. A delivery quote is provided to the client before proceeding.
How do I join Artist+Co Artist Stable?
Artist+Co. specialises in large contemporary art for commercial spaces and luxury homes produced by QLD based Artists. If your artwork fits our model then we would love to hear from you, simply complete the Artist Expression of Interest form on out Artists page.
