Refund and Credit Policy

To request a refund please email hello@artistco.art detailing the reason for the request.  Refunds will be issued as a credit unless deemed unsuitable to do so.

Termination of Agreement (Cancellation)

Artist+Co. is a month by month ongoing service with no fixed contractual commitment, cancellation of the service requires a 4 week notice period.  

Cancellation must be made in writing via email to hello@artistco.art or by mail 174 Arthur St, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane 4006.  Once the cancellation notice is received the installation team will be in contact to confirm the dismantling date and time.

Artist+Co. reserves the right to terminate the agreement with the Client, without cause and with immediate effect.
